  • Responsible for transitioning the company from their internal project management software to the Jira software suite
  • Fully integrated the old project tracking software with Jira using a newly developed REST API to interact with Jira and Tempo
  • Administered Jira for the East coast division of the company and was the point person for all modification requests and questions
